  Free GROUND Shipping

  Smartgain offers free shipping on orders over 500 Dhs Heavyweight shipping charges may apply to heavy or bulky items. If you have met the free shipping order minimum, the 'Ground' rate OR 'Super Saver' rate will display as 'Free'. Custom etch products take up to 7 days to process and ship - as a result, these products are excluded from any Free Shipping offers. If you have items in your cart that are heavy or bulky, heavyweight shipping charges will be added and displayed. If you qualify for free shipping with multiple items in your cart, but one or more of them is heavy or bulky, heavyweight charges will only be added for those items only. All normal weight, non-bulky items will still receive free shipping. 

  Shipping Cut-Off Time

  • Orders for in-stock items received by 4pm Eastern (Sat - Thu) are shipped the same business day 
  • Orders received after this time ship the following business day

  Back-Ordered Items  

  • If you choose, you may opt on the checkout page to have your entire order sent in one shipment when all purchased products become available  
  • Back-Ordered items ship out with our Super Saver Shipping option

  Direct Ship and Special-Order Items

  • Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse  
  • These items may not qualify for free shipping  
  • Product generally ships 7-30 business days after order is placed  
  • Orders may not be cancelled after placement  
  • Direct Ship items are not eligible for return.
  • If the product is defective, requires an exchange or falls under warranty Smartgain will direct you to the manufacturer for further information.
  • Smarthome does not in any way imply that the manufacturer will provide a refund, exchange or warranty claim.
