Smarthome offers a 30-day return policy on most products
If a product is returned in a new condition with the original packaging and accessories it will be eligible to receive a refund.
Returned products must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice as a proof of purchase and a copy of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Smarthome.
Returns must be shipped within a 30-day period starting from the date of the original shipment.
Only products purchased from Smarthome.com or via Smarthome phone are eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will be for the original purchase price, less any shipping charges.
The customer will have to bear the cost of the return shipping.
